Clarksville Storage and Apartment Rentals is a family-owned enterprise located 3 miles west of the charming lake town of Clarksville in Southern VA.

Once the locally known, Slagle's Motel, the property was purchased in 2013 by the late Clarksville resident, Warren Eichhorn. Since then, we've worked to transform the motel into high quality, studio long-term rentals.

If enjoying time on the lake is your priority, we’ve got the affordable storage you need to keep your boat dry and well cared for just minutes from Kerr Lake!

We also welcome the storage of other personal possessions, with the exception of vehicles.

All units are lighted, lockable, and have 24 hr. access.
